Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Administrative Assistant to provide superior coordination of of our Lead Listing Agent utilizing superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. Agent is looking to expand their business and team with an admin that is a talented self-starter. Someone that will be a strong right hand for a realtor that has multiple listings at all times. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, punctual, who will be able to complete tasks with a can do attitude. A willingness to learn different systems including but not limited to a CRM such as Chime, Zipforms, Docusign, etc. is very important.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant that is deeply committed to supporting the lead Agent in achieving greater levels of success. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for all administrative tasks of the lead Agent’s business.
Manage systems, databases and tasks to make everything run more efficiently
Handle of all database management and help scale operations as the business grows
Provide an executive level of administrative support this may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and keeping the Agent focused on key tasks
Serve as the key contact person for clients by providing a concierge-level of service
Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
Act as a liaison between clients and Agents
Participate in company-provided training sessions
Keep Agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
Enter critical dates for property sales on shared Google Calendar
Administrative duties as needed
General understanding and knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and managing transactions
1+ yrs of real estate experience in real estate preferred but not required
Confident as the go-to person for the team
Have an ability to adapt to any situation/client need with a positive attitude
Have a deep capacity for understanding and communicating
Believe in our mission of superior client experience
Remain calm under pressure and be concerned with doing things right the first time
Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
Learning based and solution oriented
Deadline driven and extremely organized
