Responsibilities and Duties
This is an entry-level position in our Inside Sales Department and is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a limited amount of prior sales or corporate experience. This role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Highly organized, and goal oriented.

You follow up on your phone calls and emails quickly, you can’t stand to leave things undone!
You know how to have fun and enjoy working in a supportive and high achieving work environment.
Willing and able to obtain a real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!)
1-4 years of experience in the corporate world in a sales position or in a role with exposure to contract negotiations or managing vendor relationships. OR 2-5 years of experience in the services sector (restaurants, high-end retail, etc.).
Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client’s needs.
Team oriented, learning based, possessing grit and the will to succeed.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or of achieving personal goals.
Willing to work evenings and weekends (as a part of a regular 40-hour work week schedule)
Base plus commission with the potential to earn $30k-$60k.
